Cancellation conditions

1. Cancellation by the Guest

• Up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation, any deposits already paid will be fully refunded.
  
  
• 14 to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total stay will be charged.

• 7 to 2 days before arrival: 75% of the total stay will be charged.

• Less than 2 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total stay will be charged.

2. Cancellation by the B&B

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as force majeure or technical issues), the B&B reserves the right to cancel the reservation. In such cases, any deposits already paid will be fully refunded and – if desired – assistance will be provided in finding alternative accommodation.

3. Rescheduling

• A request to modify the reservation (for example, different dates) will be handled based on availability. If possible, no additional fees will be charged.

4. No-show / Early Departure

• If the guest fails to arrive without cancellation (no-show), or leaves earlier than planned, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
