Houserules

General:

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out: by 11:00 AM
• Please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance.
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartments.

Peace and Respect:

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please avoid excessive noise.
• Respect the privacy and comfort of other guests and neighbors.
• Parties or events are not permitted.

Smoking & Pets:

• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments or common areas.
• Smoking is only permitted outside in designated areas.
• Pets are not allowed.

Use of the Accommodation:

• Please treat the apartment and its furnishings with care.
• Use the kitchen and appliances as instructed.
• Upon departure, leave the apartment tidy (dishes done, waste disposed of).
• Report any damage or defects immediately.

Safety:

• Turn off lights and appliances when leaving the apartment.
• Open flames, candles, barbecues and raclette/tabletop grills are not permitted.
• Keep emergency exits clear at all times.

Other:

• Lost keys may incur a replacement fee.
• The owner is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.
• Serious violations of the house rules may result in early termination of the stay without refund.
